People Search Tracing Services
People Search provides probate research and tracing services for the legal profession, training, publications and extensive adoption research
along with family tracing.
Our research and tracing services for the legal profession includes tracing a person to their current location from the smallest piece of information,
no matter how out of date. For intestacy, complete family trees can be compiled to account for all entitled heirs - we need only a death certificate or
name and date of death to make a start. Beneficiaries of wills, pensions and policies can be located quickly and discreetly.
Karen's most recent book is on Adoption Research, a field in which she has much experience and is fast gaining a
reputation as a leading expert. Tracing birth parents is a specialty.
People Search can also assist in finding lost relatives whether they are estranged, lost touch or never met - absent fathers or descendants of
common ancestors, for example.
Karen also runs online courses for Pharos Teaching and Tutoring (www.pharostutors.com),
has run workshops, given lectures
and is a trained adult education teacher. She is a member of AGRA (The Association of
Genealogists and Researchers in Archives) and of
The Association of Professional Genealogists.
Karen established People Search Tracing Services in 1997 after a long interest in genealogy research. Since then the business has developed
to include more aspects of family and legal research with a special interest in adoption and probate.
As a trained counsellor, Karen is able to deal sensitively and sympathetically with all aspects of family research. Karen is a member of AGRA
(Association of Genealogists and Researchers in Archives) and APG (Association of Professional Genealogists) - both associations have a code of practice.
Karen lives in Hampshire and is married with two adult children.

I am writing to pass on my grateful thanks to you for your determined and thorough efforts in tracing a large number of beneficiaries worldwide in

Dear Mrs Bali
On behalf of myself and my family we would like to thank you for the wonderful job you for us in tracing our aunt. Thank you for your
hard work and quick thorough service.
Mrs K. Kiel, Hampshire
May I take this opportunity to thank you for your hard work on tracing our missing beneficiary in the Bowman estate. I look forward to working with you again soon.
Yours sincerely, Ms B Collett, Pensions Administrator.
Thank you for helping to find my natural father. Despite a lack of birth date, place and with nominal information you were able to locate his address. The day after I posted a letter to him I received a phone call from his wife to say that he had died recently of cancer. I found I had two brothers and one, Steve, then phoned. We’ve since met and I stayed with him, meeting several other family members. Your research and dedication have been invaluable…the missing part of me has been found.
Thank you again, Mr W Bone, Bristol.
